These grapes hung on until the bitter cold end in our Osoyoos vineyard, gaining a rich, dried fruit, unctuous sweetness. The colour is a medium gold and it has a viscous texture. The bouquet is of fragrant dried apricots, candied orange rind, lilies, honeysuckle, honey, citron and green tea. Ample zestiness calms down the sweetness and adds a lively body. A beautiful perfumed orange liqueur shows up on the long lingering finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with white stilton cheese, a spicy noodle dish, roasted chicken, or baked ham.

The 2015 Alliànce offers up an abundant amount of fruit that totally captivates the palate. It is a rich, full-bodied fruit forward wine with ample acidity, fine tannins, and an aged sophistication that distinguishes Carlos’ wines. You may find aromas of fruitcake, toffee, Red Delicious apples and marzipan, and rich flavours of apple, raspberry and cherry, with secondary floral, peppercorn, and cola notes that open up on the finish. Locally grown Siegerrebe grapes; a German varietal that thrives in the Fraser Valley. Fragrant tropical aromas of lychee nuts, Asian pears and citron with floral overtones of honeysuckle. Dry, structured mouthfeel, pleasant acidity, juicy lychee and perfumed honey flavours. Finishes with solid mouthwatering notes of quince.

Amber in colour, with aromas of apricot, caramelized pineapple, and golden raisins. Full body and off dry. A bit of botrytis – along with good acidity – rounds out this wine, offering a full citron, quince, and golden fruit mid-palate, with a juicy finish of tamarind, apples, and Sea Buckthorn. Sea Buckthorn berries are considered to be a superfood with high amounts of vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids (3,6,9 and the rare 7)! This wine also pairs well with Asian cuisine. Made from locally grown Cabernet Foch grapes from an Aldergrove vineyard next to a lavender field. This wine is a cross between Cabernet Sauvignon and Maréchal Foch. Our 2017 Cabernet Foch is bold with bell pepper flavours and aromas. On the nose are black olives, and a pleasant earthiness. It is a dry red that is a little savoury and has good acidity. Enjoy flavours of sour red cherries, bell peppers, red plums and lavender. The finish is long and peppery. We aged this wine in both French and American oak barrels for 18 months.
A bouquet of violets rises to the top of the exquisite aromas of this luscious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Sweet vanilla, licorice, cassis, boysenberries and mulberries fill out the fine powdery nose. Soft cocoa notes and deeper aromas of marzipan and tobacco also mingle together in the bouquet. This special blend is rich and succulent and has an enticing acidity with seamless flavours. The tannins are so fine and the finish is so long you can taste the delectable flavours on your palate continuously, no matter how long between sips.
The 2010 President is our once in a lifetime iconic Bordeaux-style blend of Cab Sauv, Cab Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. The President was aged in brand new French oak barriques for 3 years, 2 years in French Puncheons, and then bottle aged for an additional 3 years totalling 8 years before its highly anticipated release. This well structured wine proves it is ready to drink now or cellar for another decade. Aromas of cedar, mint chocolate, leather, coffee bean, caramel and ripe stewed black plums. On the palate the wine is full bodied, velvety smooth and dry with notes of luscious black cherries, sweet baking spices and vanilla. Silky tannins and an extra long mouth watering finish. This wine was well worth the wait! (1.5 L bottle)
Our 2014 Ruby Rosé is a blend of late harvest Riesling and Cabernet Franc from our vineyard in Osoyoos. This rich, full-bodied rosé has layers of soft sweetness and bright acidity and succulent, slightly savoury flavours of ripe strawberries, rhubarb and soft, earthy herbs that make it a fine food pairing wine and a generous sipping wine. The floral, nutty bouquet has plentiful aromas of dried strawberries and apricots, and the finish is long and mouthwatering.
This 2014 vintage of Merlot has a luscious spiced and floral nose of ripe black cherries, plums, cedar, violets and coffee cake. Beautifully integrated and smooth, this Merlot has abundant sweet dark fruit flavours, a full body, soft light tannins and a characteristic heat that warms your palate. The finish is long and opens up with black cherries and spiced vanilla coffee.
